How to plan for the New Year🎉💛🎊

Planning for the new year involves a combination of reflection, goal setting, and creating actionable plans to achieve those goals. Here's few guidelines ( we love and have been implying) on how to plan for the new year to make it YOUR year. 

1. Reflect on the Past Year:

Identify what worked well, what didn't, and don't forget to be proud of yourself for every little milestone you covered. Write down everything on your journal like you're talking to your loved one about all your ups and downs of this year.
