Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for our returns, refund and exchange policy.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by from the day that you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tag still intact.
If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 14 days of the date you received your item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank bank statement.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)In the unlikely event that you receive a damage or defective item, we're happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please send us an email at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
ON SALE ITEMIf the item is marked "On Sale", it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
INSURANCEIf you are shipping item(s) over £75, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can't guarantee that we'll receive your item.
RETURN SHIPPINGTo return your product, you should ship your product to the company address. When you send us a request for return, we will send you the return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
